Resilience Isn't a Soft Skill in a Job Search. It's the Skill.

Most job search advice focuses on the visible parts: the CV, the interview, the follow-up email. Almost none of it prepares you for the part that actually determines whether you make it to the finish line — the sheer volume of rejection you'll absorb along the way, and whether you can keep functioning through it.
